Stibbard is a building business based in Singleton, NSW, working across Singleton and its surrounds, including Branxton, Greta and Pokolbin. The business designs and constructs residential and commercial projects, and mainly builds houses, with each home designed around the client's needs, land, lifestyle and budget.
The building process starts with a Project Brief that sets out the client's housing needs, followed by design work through an in-house design facility. An Investment Proposal, sketch plan and list of inclusions are provided before the final design stage, and a completion date is included in the building contract. Regular site meetings during construction allow clients to inspect progress and choose items such as power points, fittings, paint and tiles. Stibbard is listed with the Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association. Typical work for this trade also covers renovations, extensions, decks and pergolas, and building maintenance and repairs; contact the business to check what it takes on.
